The speakers emphasized the importance of parents understanding their children’s favorite games, what virtual currency has value, and how much their child possesses, while also discussing the need to create environments where children feel comfortable discussing online threats. They addressed specific platforms like WhatsApp, explaining privacy settings and warning about the risks of children being added to inappropriate groups, and stressed the critical need for parents to be involved in their children’s online activities rather than relying on strict age limits alone.
