Touch Point Active – Free Chair Boogie Classes

Chair Boogie is proving to be very popular, we have doubled in numbers since the free classes started only a few weeks ago, which is fantastic.

The classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels , with seated activities to uplifting music, improve your fitness and having fun at the same time!

Stay afterwards for free refreshments. Every Tuesday at 1.30pm, the sessions will still run during school holidays.
