Oak Class Visit Bluebell Woods

This week, Oak class went on an exciting science field trip to discover signs of Spring in our local area and signs of different animals, as they took a walk to Bluebell woods.

The children were brilliant. They spotted lots of nests, animals trails and of course different animal poo! The sights and smells of the Bluebell woods were amazing and it was amazing for our wellbeing. The children talked about the blue carpet like a swimming pool, discussed animals that might live in holes in trees or the ground and identified some of the other wild flowers we saw… they were truly amazing observers and scientists!
