KS2 – Fitzwilliam Museum Trip
What a fantastic school trip we had last Thursday. KS2 were in awe of the building and the grandeur of it. They enjoyed exploring inside the museum and seeing all of the artefacts and beautiful paintings.
Willow Class were able to finish their Egyptian topic with some real life experiences of seeing caskets, mummies and ancient Egyptian artefacts.
Birch Class spent time in the art galleries sketching.
The children are in awe at the building and collections in the galleries. They finished off the trip with an ice lolly and taking in the amazing buildings and architecture that we have in Cambridge.
The children behaved superbly and we are really proud of them all.
